Read Part One of Pokemon Meets Digimon!
Tai was still shocked from when Mico gave him a big lick on the cheeks.
"Well, of course I'm alive!" Suddenly, Mico tried to tackle Tai playfully. Hejumped so high, he grabbed a tree limb. Tai cried out, "What's wrong with you guys?! You're acting like I've died and came back to life or something. Are you all in you're right minds at the moment?!"
At that moment, the tree limbsnapped. "Aaaaahhhhh!!!" Tai fell to the ground. He brushed himself off as hegot up, unhurt.
Agumon explained, "You ate some Strawberry Leaf powder and died. Mico," he pointed to where Mico was, "brought you back to life."Darkmon had already used his more powerful black gears on two Digimon. They were Triceramon and Metal Greymon. "Well, now. Since Tai's back, I'll get my revenge on him. He and his friends don't know what they're in for! Bwa ha haha ha!!!" Metal Greymon and Triceramon roared in agreement and response.Triceramon was a little impatient. She really wanted to battle.
"When?" She asked. Metal Greymon eyed her. "Soon. Very soon." "Okay! We're here!" Darkmon announced. Tai and the others looked behind them. A pair of 2 large Digimon appeared! Everyone except Tai glared at Darkmon angrily. Sora shouted, "You and Dark Tyranomon killed Tai and now you'll pay!" Joe, Matt, T.K., Ash,Misty, Pikachu, the Digimon, Izzy, and Mimi nodded in approval. "Well, I've turned two good Digimon, I'm keeping one in here," He pointed to a tiny ball,"using the black gears." Tai laughed. "Ha! We'll be able to get that out.It's too easy!"Darkmon laughed evilly.
Tai looked at him. "What are YOU laughing about?"Darkmon held out a black gear. It was pitch black and larger than before. "I have made the black gears much stronger than before!" Ash dashed towards Tai and asked, "What now?" Tai glared at Darkmon. His fists tightened from anger so tight the knuckled turned white. "We fight!" Darkmon glared back. He demanded, "Triceramon, attack!!" A large shielded, three-horned Digimon appeared. She looked a cross between Allosaurus and Triceratops.
"Rrrrrrraaaaaaaaarrrrrr!!!! I'm gonna get YOU, Tai!" Triceramon spat the name'Tai' as if she was spitting out bad tasting food. She bellowed and chargedat Tai.
Agumon yelled, "Tai, look out!"
"Aah!" Triceramon said, "Fire-ball!"She shot several fire-balls at him. He tried to run but before he could, he was hit. Hard. "Aaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!" Tai screamed in pain as he fell to the ground. "TAI!" Agumon, Sora, Ash, and Joe yelled. "Heh heh heh!" Darkmon laughed. He walked towards the weak Tai with a knife.Tai's side and chest were burnt. He was in great pain. He whimpered as he looked at Darkmon. He then remembered that this is how he felt before he died. Before Mico brought him back to life. He continued to look at Darkmon,his eyes wild and wide with fear. He trembled and cringed as far as he could.
Darkmon raised the knife and said menacingly, "I will end your misery right now, Tai!!!" He prepared to slice the knife right through Tai's side to kill him quickly. Tai closed his eyes and waited for the sharp knife to cut through his badly burnt side. Just then, Tai heard, "Agumon, digivolve to . .. Greymon!" Greymon slashed his tail forward and knocked Darkmon and Triceramon back. Brock sent out Vulpix and Ash sent out Charizard and Pikachu to help Greymon.
Darkmon told Triceramon to go away. He would handle this. Darkmon smiled menacingly at the injured Tai and his friends. "I am going to send out theDigimon I was saving for last. Metal Greymon, come out!" A huge, cyborg Greymon appeared. It was half machine/half animal. Darkmon explained, "Metal Greymon. A cyborg Digimon of the machine element. Metal Greymon is the evolved form of Greymon. He can shoot missils that are very very powerful. Enough to render a Seadramon asleep." With that, Greymon snarled viciously at his more powerful form. "Well," Darkmon began, "if you want to surrender, now is your chance!" Metal Greymon folded his arms and smiled evilly. "That'sright!" He said.Tai looked at Greymon. He tried to get up, but he fell back in pain. "Oww!"He got up and looked up. He said, "Greymon, he's too powerful." But he didn't listen. Greymon growled again and squeezed his fists hard and shook them."I'll fight you, Metal Greymon!"
Metal Greymon raised his mechanical hands inthe air as if he were saying, "Oh well." Darkmon just smiled. "Oh well, Iguess you really want to fight, don't ya?", he asked coldly. Darkmon teleported everyone to an arena. He announced, "You will be using a Greymon.I will be using a Metal Greymon. Our Digimon will battle one-on-one with no time limit. Let the battle begin!"
At this time, Sora is applying a cold wet cloth on Tai's side, which had the worst burns.He flinched in pain and whimpered. Sora continued to press hard to cool the burn and ease the pain. "Shhhhhhh, Tai. You're in no condition not to rest." she said softly. Tai obeyed her and remained quiet. Tears of pain welled up in his eyes and they rolled down his face and dropped to the soil.
"MetalGreymon, go!" Darkmon yelled. Ash screamed, "Come on, Greymon! Get him!" The two Digimon ran towards each other. Metal Greymon shot a missil at Greymon. Greymon dodged out of the way and fought back with a Digi-Nova Blast. But his more powerful form just flew out of the way. He had wings unlike Greymon. Suddenly, Metal Greymon shot another missile and it hit Greymon on the leg. "Rrrrrrrrrrrrrooooooaaaarrrrrrrrr!!!!!" he screamed.
Pikachu said, "Pikachupika!" (Look out!) Tai looked and was horrified. "GREYMON!!" Greymon laid on the ground. He shook painfully as he climbed to his feet.Darkmon smiled evilly a nd ordered, "Metal Greymon! Finish him off! Another missil!" Metal Greymon was very obedient. He shot a huge nuclear missil at Greymon. Suddenly, Tai came out of nowhere and pushed Darkmon down. Brock looked at Tai and yelled, "Tai!" Everyone turned and saw what was happening.Darkmon was furious! He raised his claws like a tiger ready to strike ahelpless victim. He struck Tai hard on his side that wasn't burnt from thefireballs. Tai screamed and was flunged backwards. He hit a nearby tree.Darkmon growled with a mixture of delight and frustration.
He walked towards the injured Tai. "This is it! It's over, Tai! I've dreamed of nothing else .. . for years!" Tai gasped. Greymon, who had recovered, slashed his claws forward and slammed into Darkmon. "Aaaaarrrrrr!!!!!" Darkmon's knife slipped out of his hands. The sharp blade edge flippedtowards Tai and the sharp edge sliced through his badly burnt side. A thin,red line appeared. "Aaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!" He screamed out loud. His voice was filled with agony and real pain. Ash and Pikachu ran towards Tai. He was bleeding from his side, and he clutched it hard to try and stop the bleeding.
"Tai? You . . . okay?" Tai answered it, but his voice was hoarse. "No." Butl uckily, Ash understood the seriousness of the problem and ran to Matt. "Matt, Tai's dying!" "Again?" Ash frowned for a few seconds, then answered,"Yes. He's bleeding from a slit in his burnt side." Sora screamed, "What?!"It was unbelievable! Tai was going to die again unless they did something quickly!"Come on! We have to help him!" Misty yelled. Ash, Misty, Pikachu, Brock,Mimi, Sora, T.K., Matt, Joe, Izzy, Tentomon, Gomamon, Gabumon, Agumon,Biyamon, Patamon, and Palmon all ran to Tai's side. Ash gently pressed acloth on Tai's side. Tai was a little weak and his face was pale.
Darkmon got up and roared joyfully. He had finally gotten rid of Tai. Or so he thought. Greymon did something magical. He shot a blue spark at Tai. The spark somehowclosed his wound and the bleeding stopped! This made Darkmon furious! "Rrrrrrrraaaaaarr!!!!! No one wins against me! No one, you hear?!" Palmon wasthe first to attack. "Poison Ivy! Waaaa!!!" "Boom-bubble!" "Super-shocker!" "Pepper-breath! Waaa!" "Blue Blaster! Ha!" "Spiral-twister! Raa!" The Digimon shot all their power at Darkmon. Darkmon couldn't take it. He fell directly into the river hidden behind some bushes. "Yah!"Ash, Misty, Brock, Pikachu, and Tai and his friends laughed. Gomamon chuckledand yelled, "Fish-power!" Almost instantly, dozens of fish swam close together and pushed Darkmon further into the river. But he slashed at them and the fish swam away. "What?" "Heh, heh, heh!" Darkmon laughed. Just then, Ash remembered something. "Water conducts electricity," He said quietly. Thenhe bellowed, "Pikachu, thunderbolt! And you, Tentomon, Super-shocker!"Tentomon and Pikachu shot a lot of electricity into the water."A-a-a-a-a-ahhhhh!!" Darkmon got electricuted. Big time! "Ooohhhhh!!" Darkmon grunted in frustration. He got up, shaky. Defeated, he flew off.
"We did it!" Ash exclaimed excitedly. "Pika!"(Yeah!) Misty asked,"Tai, how are you feeling?" Tai put his hand on his stomach and groaned abit. "My burns seem to be healing, but I still have that sickening feelingthat I got just before I fainted." Palmon, holding and stroking a NightFlower, said solemnly, "You need to eat this. If you don't that feeling will cause another attack." Tai obeyed. He ate two of the petals, which are enough. According to Palmon. Indeed, the flowers worked. Somehow, they cured Tai's after shocks. "So, where did we bump into each other?" Izzy asked. Ash looked around.
They've been away so long, he forgot what place he and his friends came from. Then he reconized one of the trees. He pointed at it."From near that tree, I believe." "So this is good-bye, huh?" Sora asked.Brock looked at her. "Yeah. Goodbye." Ash and his friends left. They would never forget their new friends in the Digiworld. Not even Agumon or Tai or Palmon or anyone.
